Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to give a variety of speeches in front of their peers. Students will improve their eye contact, clarity, body language, volume and pace while speaking in front of others. Students will learn to give feedback to peers in a respectful and constructive way.

Students will be expected to prepare their speech before class begins. Speeches may be prewritten or outlined for free speaking, but some preparation in necessary. Students may read, use notecards or memorize their speeches.
Students should be prepared to give their speech before class begins.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
