Say Hello - English Fun for Beginners

Are you looking for a way to get your young learner to start speaking English? In this class, learners will be introduced to spoken English by learning to say hello and their names. The first letter of the English alphabet, Aa, and its sound will be presented too. I find that young kids learn best when they are having fun and activities change frequently. My classes use stories, videos, songs, repetition and lots of praise and encouragement to keep my students engaged. Learners are encouraged to speak but I will never force a child to speak if they are not comfortable. I keep classes small so that each learner gets individual attention and lots of opportunities to practice. By the end of this class, I hope that each learner will be excited about learning English and ready to continue their journey to English fluency with me.
Learning Goals
Learners will discover that it is fun to speak English. They will have learned to say hello and say their names. Hopefully, learners will want to continue to learn English.

Parental Guidance
Because these learners are so young and may not have heard much English before, I hope that trusted adults will be present to encourage their learners to try speaking. Please remember that Outschool's policy is that adults must remain off-camera.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
