In this full-curriculum ongoing class, students will meet twice a week to learn the topics in Lessons 61 - 120 of Saxon Algebra 1. Learners will have detailed lessons to help them understand and master the topics. (This is a full curriculum course, not a supplemental class). Learners can join the class any week. I display patience with the learners, give them time to respond, and offer encouragement for their efforts. Students should be made to feel comfortable when they are willing to participate in class. Homework Offered
Learners should try to complete some of the practice and review exercises for each lesson. I recommend getting the Solutions Manual (Saxon Algebra 1, 3rd Edition, Solutions Manual). It contains step-by-step solutions to every problem in the textbook. This is a great way for learners and parents to check answers and get a full understanding of how to solve each problem.
