Saxon Advanced Math 2 B PreCalculus
The class fulfills the second 1/2 of a credit or 1 semester of Pre-Calculus. It satisfies the math requirement for high school math. Students are taught using Saxon's Advanced Math 2nd edition textbook.

2-4 hours per week. I will offer tests that are to be completed starting after lessons 101-99are complete and are to be given after every 3 lessons. These tests are optional.Letter Grade

US Grade 9 - 12
This class will cover the lessons 101-125 of Saxon Advanced Math 2nd edition textbook. The student is to work one lesson with me and then complete the next two lessons on their own. For instance I work lesson 101 on a video and the student works it with me and then they are to work lessons 100 and 99 on their own. The next week they watch lesson 104 and work through it with me and then do lessons 103 and 102 on their own. This course is the second 1/2 credit of a standard high school Pre-Calculus class.
Learning Goals
The learning goal here is to complete the second 1/2 credit of high school PreCalculus and prepare the student for Calculus.There is no memorization required and all students will fill out a reference card with formulas and tips to help solve problems on lessons and tests they complete on their own.
