Beginner Level
In "Math Fun for Little Learners: Counting, Shapes & More!", young learners (ages 4-6) will dive into foundational math concepts through engaging and interactive lessons. We will explore topics such as counting, number recognition, patterns, shapes, and simple addition, all designed to build a strong early math foundation. Each class is structured with a mix of activities, including games, visual slides, and interactive discussions to keep learners excited and engaged. I use a friendly, encouraging teaching style that prioritizes student participation. Each lesson begins with a brief introduction to the day’s topic, followed by interactive games and activities to reinforce learning. Students will get plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share their answers, and interact with both me and their peers. Classes are designed to be highly interactive, with lots of student participation. I encourage active learning through fun math challenges, group discussions, and problem-solving exercises. This class is perfect for young learners who are eager to explore math in a playful, supportive environment.
Learning Goals
Counting and Number Recognition: Students will learn to count and recognize numbers up to 20 (or higher, depending on class progress).
Identifying Shapes: Students will learn to identify and name basic shapes such as circles, squares, triangles, and rectangles.
