Do you want to learn more dog breeds or test your dog breed knowledge? Join this one-time class to learn about Irish dog breeds including the Irish Setter, Irish Terrier, Irish Wolfhound, Irish Water Spaniel, Irish Red and White Terrier, Wheaten Terrier, Kerry Blue Terrier, Kerry Beagle, and The Glen of Imaal. After introductions, sharing about dogs, and a fun question, we will learn about these Irish breeds with an interactive slideshow. Everyone will have a turn to share, participate, and ask/answer questions. These slides are organized by breed groups: hounds, sporting, and terriers. We will discuss each breed and learn facts about the breed in a "Guess Who - reveal the picture" style. Each student will have a turn choosing a number which will reveal a fact about the dog. With each fact, students can guess what breed is behind the mystery picture and learn all about the breed! After class, students will be sent a bookmark.
