Description
Class Experience
Students will strengthen their social skills by talking with other like minded individuals I'm the area of running and goal setting.
I have been running in races from 5ks- marathons for the last 4 years. I have complete races in my home town and Walt Disney world most recent running goal accomplishment was the run Dopey challenge. This class will not be teaching any running technique just a time to talk with others about running.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class is not meant to teach running technique and is meant to be a social time for students talk about their goals, accomplishments and struggles related to running.
