Description
Class Experience
Gingerbread Man Craft: cardboard cut into a plain gingerbread man shape. Craft and recycled materials such as: bottle caps, buttons, beads, ribbons, fabric, paint, markers, googly eyes, glitter, etc. Experiment: 4 cookies/crackers (can be pieces of), 4 shallow bowls/dishes with approximately 2 Tbsp. of water, milk, oil and vinegar (1 liquid in each dish.) Bridge/boat STEM Challenge: Cardboard, popsicle sticks, straws, blocks, paper, tape, glue, etc. Recycled materials are welcome!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners may need help during craft to cut or glue. They man need a hand to have supplies ready for the experiment.
