I have a Master's degree in Divergent Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Columbia College in Columbia, SC. I have certifications in the areas of Early Childhood, Elementary, and Online Teaching. I am "highly qualified" in the state of South Carolina. I have taught kindergarten through 3rd grade in the public school setting. I have a personal passion for children's literature and there is nothing greater than seeing students fall in love with books!
Each student will need to provide one sheet of red or pink construction paper, a pencil, and a pair of scissors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Some of the language in the book demonstrates unkind words. For example, one of the characters says, "Roses are red, you wet your bed. I think you have rocks in your head."
