Description

Class Experience

Students will try POUND to decide if they enjoy the workout and would like to continue with longer sessions!

Please know that this is a workout class, not a class designed to teach your child how to play the drums.
I am a certified POUND instructor.
Ripstix (or drumsticks) Soft floor (carpet, rug, yoga mat, etc.) Workout clothes Water
15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need to use drumsticks to pound on the floor. They should be drumming with materials that are not going to break easily and on a surface that will absorb impact (carpet, rug, yoga mat, etc.)
Class may include rock or pop music. Lyrics will not include swear words. See the description above for my playlist.
