Description

Class Experience

Students will sweat and have fun!
I am a certified POUND instructor.
Ripstix (or drumsticks) Soft floor (carpet, rug, yoga mat, etc.) Workout clothes Water
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need to use drumsticks to pound on the floor. They should be drumming with materials that are not going to break easily and on a surface that will absorb impact (carpet, rug, yoga mat, etc.)
Class may include rock or pop music. Lyrics will not include swear words. See the description above for my playlist.
