"Rock Your Creativity: Produce Your First Song - From Creation to Finalization" is a three-part course designed for beginners who aspire to produce their own songs. There is no equipment needed and we will use two free software programs (Audacity and Musescore). The course covers how to use the song production process, starting from creating the music, adding vocals, and making necessary modifications to complete the song. This class is taught in English.
Participants will be able to create and develop a song idea by selecting appropriate chords, melody, and lyrics that align with the intended genre and mood of the song. Participants will learn the essential music theory concepts necessary to create a song, including harmony, melody, and rhythm, as well as the creative techniques that can help to develop their songwriting skills. Participants will gain hands-on experience in using industry-standard software and equipment to arrange, produce, mix, and master their song, enabling them to produce professional-quality tracks. Participants will develop their critical listening skills, enabling them to identify and address issues in their production, such as tonal balance, dynamics, and clarity. Participants will gain an understanding of the music industry, including the business and legal aspects of producing and releasing their song, enabling them to make informed decisions and take their first steps towards a career in music production.
