Robotics is a growing field in our world that is constantly changing and advancing in technology. In this course, you will get to experience first hand what it is like to be a Robotics Engineer. You will have the opportunity to build and program your own robot through various obstacles and challenges presented throughout the class. For this course, students will be programming and building the EV3 from Lego Mindstorms. Students will be using it to learn to program robots, create their projects, and share their creations. Students will learn that being a Robotics Engineer starts with understanding a robot's parts and building and programming several simple tasks. With the instructor's guide, students will learn that they, too, can be a part of the Robotics Engineer process if they are willing to try.
