Description

Class Experience

We will open Roblox Studio and learn what each of the windows can do to help us. We will learn to change colors and add parts to an obstacle course. We can practice duplicating different parts of the obstacle course complete with a few tricks like a fake floor. We can set our spawn point and code different jumps in our game. Don't fall in the lava! At the end of class, learn some tricks and tips to make coding even easier.

Students will improve their understanding of the functions in Roblox Studio, beginning coding language, and how to save their progress.

I teach fashion design, coding, art, math, business, and language arts. I love how art follows mathematical patterns and how the more serious subjects are enriched by art! By following interest-based learning, I believe the student can level up their knowledge. 

Education: Bachelors in Business Management and Associates in Merchandising and Design
Professional Background: Fashion Design Director, Pattern Maker, Digital Design, Sewing Teacher, ESL Tutor, Math Tutor

I work in the fashion industry while teaching in-person and online for over 10 years. I teach students how to use their creativity while developing technical skills.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Roblox Studio

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Roblox Studio can be used by children of any age. Children under the age of 13 should be directly supervised by a parent, guardian or another authorized adult (such as a teacher) who agrees to be bound by our Terms of Use.
