This is an intermediate level Spanish conversation club where participants can practice Spanish conversation while role playing and having fun in simulation experiences and games on Roblox.

Roblox - Spanish club is a fun way participants can continue practicing their Spanish throughout the summer. Roblox is a gaming platform where participants can join different worlds to play, create and role play. -This is an ongoing Summer club and we will be meeting every week, 2 days a week. -This club is for intermediate level Spanish learners. It is a great way for bilingual or multilingual learners who would like to reinforce and practice speaking Spanish. The main focus of this class is to: -Create a comfortable and fun environment for participants to increase their confidence in speaking. -Help correct pronunciation. -Improve grammar and intonation. Each class will begin with a fun Spanish Ice breaker to learn about each other and warm up for our session. Following our warm up we will play a quick Spanish vocabulary game. 1. Week of June 5th - 11th: Mega Mansion Tycoon 2. Week of June 12th - 18th: Escape rooms 3. Week of June 19th - 25th: Story Modes 4. Week of June 26th - July 2nd : Ultra Power Simulator and Tycoon Participants will be encouraged to only use Spanish, I will help students if they seem to have a bit of difficulty with the game or phrasing things in Spanish. Throughout the game I will prompt conversations and asks questions to encourage conversation while correcting pronunciation and grammar with positive reinforcement. Technical Requirements: -ROBLOX ACCOUNT -FRIEND REQUEST SENT BEFORE CLASS IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE Once enrolled I will send you my ROBLOX ID in a welcome message and you will need to send me your child's Roblox ID so I can accept them as a friend. The best way to make the most of this class is for learners to play Roblox on a separate device from the one they take their Outschool class but it's not necessary. If you have questions about any of these details, please message me at least 24 hours before class so that I have time to assist you. Language Prerequisite- Participants should be able to understand an intermediate level of Spanish conversation to join this club. If you are a beginner please check my other classes. If you are unsure about the level please message me so we can arrange meeting a few minutes before class. Be sure to check my other schedules to choose frequency of meetings from 1x, 2x and 3x a week.

Parental Guidance
This club utilizes an outside resource which is approved by Outschool-Roblox. Learners are required to have a Roblox account and to share their gamer tag with me in a private message so they can join my private server.
Website Common Sense Media rated Roblox age 13, this is due to the unmoderated nature of the games, and the open chat function. To help keep participants safe, this class will include gameplay in a private server, with only the other class participants and the games are carefully curated for age and content suitability.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in my classes. Here's a little about me.
I have been a language teacher for over twelve years. My native languages are Spanish and English. I have completed many courses in language instruction and curriculum development but I have gained the most knowledge from the many years of teaching.
I first began my language teaching journey teaching the kids in my care Spanish, later I moved to Mexico and began teaching English in the classroom but my passion for teaching language really ignited when I began my own summer language camps for kids.
In the past couple of years I have learned ways to translate my methods of teaching to the online platform.
I have developed my own style and method of teaching using a natural and interest based approach. Experience has taught me that children learn best when their interest is sparked. I am always learning new ways to improve my student’s experience with learning a new language,
I know learning languages can open up many opportunities to explore new worlds and meet new people. I hope to soon spark a love for learning a new language in your children.Reviews
