In this ongoing gaming class, students who enjoy thrilling video games will meet weekly and have the opportunity to socialize with their peers while playing the Roblox game, Rainbow Friends Chapter 2.  Each round, we will work together to try to successfully complete tasks, such as collecting 25 lightbulbs, while evading all the monsters.   It's the perfect social hour for those that homeschool, or really anyone who likes video games and making friends! 

As an extra safety precaution, the teacher will host a private server for this game, so only currently enrolled students will be able to play.  Students will need a second device on which to play the game, so they can stay connected and continue to chat in the Outschool classroom.  

Lesson Plans:
This gaming club will follow the same format each week. The class will begin with each student having opportunity to say hello to his or her classmates and share something from the past week. Then we will enter the private Roblox Rainbow Friends Chapter 2 server, specifically created for this class, and play as many rounds of the game as the class time allows. Students may join and leave this class weekly, as best fits their schedule, because progress through the game does not build week to week. 

Please Note:
Students will need to share their Roblox gamer tags with the teacher so they can gain access to the private server. Please make sure students have a Roblox account set up prior to class.
