Roblox Gaming Club: Let's Play RIVALS!
In this ongoing course, students will have an opportunity to meet and connect with friends while we play one of the hottest new games on Roblox, the first person shooter RIVALS. The game is an intense battleground of 1v1 to 5v5 FPS duels.

RIVALS! is a fast-paced shooter game that introduces kids to the incredibly popular genre of video games called first-person shooters, or FPS. RIVALS is like the Roblox version of popular FPS games such as Valorant, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike, Apex Legends, and Cyberpunk 2077. In RIVALS! players challenge each other to duels of 1v1 to 5v5. The first to 5 is the winner. Earn keys to unlock new weapons and skins. In this class, I will teach Roblox RIVALS gaming strategy and mechanics. We will cover game problem-solving skills to determine how to survive. Class is on a private server. Only enrolled learners are allowed in the game. Teamwork and completing the training course will help players become competitive in the duels. This is an ongoing weekly class. My teaching style is informal, friendly, and casual. The class is highly interactive. Using Zoom, players can speak aloud and type in chat to discuss the game. The objective is to have fun. The only requirement is that players have a Roblox account. Having Robux is optional.

Students will learn how to shoot weapons in first-person mode while constantly moving in a fast-paced environment.

Parental Guidance
RIVALS is a first-person shooter game in a cartoony style. It is rated as Mild for content maturity and violence. The game may contain repeated mild violence, heavy unrealistic blood, mild crude humor, and/or repeated mild fear.
Roblox is an approved third-party website. A Roblox account is required to access the game's private servers. Gamer tags are needed to access Roblox private servers. Gamer tags are personal information and should never be shared in the classroom. Parents or learners should provide their gamer tags or Roblox usernames through a private message. Roblox private servers are limited to live class hours and cannot be accessed outside of that time.
