This social club is for students interested in playing Roblox games in a group. Today we are playing Dress to Impress and MM2. All games will be played on the Roblox platform. The club will meet once a week, and I will update and change the games each time we meet. I have a few of private servers that we can use to play without the disruption of other players. We will make a list of games together and choose them randomly and as many as we can. Additional servers should be no more than 10 Robuxbux. The classroom structure will be based on four steps: we will first identify and join the server, then discuss how to play the game, play with new friends, and share our game experiences. We will compare and contrast different methods and strategies, and encourage students to share, present, and express their ideas. My teaching style is lively and engaging, and I encourage student participation throughout the class. Students can ask me any questions at any time, and I encourage them to speak with their classmates as much as possible. Each student will be allowed to share their thoughts and answer discussion questions about the games. We will also recall and retell the most memorable scenes of our game play. Overall, this social club is a great opportunity for students who enjoy playing Roblox games to come together, play games, and share their experiences in a fun and collaborative environment.
Learning Goals
This social club is designed for students who are interested in playing and learning about different Roblox games. Through participating in the club, students will have the opportunity to share their strategies and learn tips for gaming with other players.
In addition to improving their gaming skills, students will also develop their self-expression, social skills, and confidence by interacting with their peers in a fun and supportive environment. They will learn how to respect different perspectives and work collaboratively towards common goals.
As students share their ideas, strategies, experiences, and challenges with the group, their presentation skills will also improve over time. This will help them become more effective communicators both inside and outside of the club.Other Details
Parental Guidance
Gamers under 13 years of age need parental approval to play on Roblox and create an account. Please obtain permission from a parent before setting up an account. Some games in Roblox allow characters to spawn weapons. Other games, may also be scary to some users. We are using a private server but students are in control of their avatars. The teacher can only make suggestions.
Becoming familiar with the site and the game is most important before class. Students are expected to understand the basics. Please familiarize yourself with adding friends, finding servers, and obtaining the trader's license within certain games.
The Among Us game will be played on the application downloaded to phones or ipads.

Hi, my name is Aundrea! I am a proud Outschool Teacher. Although, I'm from America (Atlanta, Ga.) I live in Canada. I have a lovely husband and two energetic children. I have a passion for teaching children so I can give them the patience and guidance that I needed. There's a beautiful quote that says, "Be who you needed", and I try to live by it. I earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Communications. I am an ESL (English Second Language) and TESOL certified instructor. I've taught English all over the world, including in Argentina, Germany, Turkey, and Ukraine. My teaching experience also includes being an online instructor, a small group instructor, a home school mom, and individual tutoring.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy walks, gaming, playing woodwind instruments, reading and writing. I am currently learning to speak Spanish and French in my free time. I love language learning. I am very passionate about travel, language, and culture. I have traveled to Holland, France, Chile, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, and more. I believe my life experiences, education, and ex-pat lifestyle has made me a very patient and understanding teacher. /. I have extremely strong communication skills and a very high level of work ethic. I am very patient and careful with children.
