This is an ongoing class. Your learner will experience a yoga practice of being mindful of their own body, through a gentle, fun & friendly challenging yoga sequence. You understand that yoga includes physical movement, and are responsible for the safety of your learner while attending the class. With any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present. By participating in this class, you and the learner acknowledge that your child is fit to do so, the learner is in clear communication with you regarding any previous injuries that may hinder their movement and/or progress in class, and has the proper available space to safely participate in this class. All yoga postures are suggested poses to the learner and can be modified, and/or skipped throughout the class. If they experience any pain or discomfort, they agree to listen to their body, and discontinue the activity. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may occur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
