In this class your learner will have fun playing with balance, mobility, and flexibility in a fun yoga sequence, to help get their day started with joy, confidence and a fresh energy!

Class Experience

This is an ongoing class. Your learner will experience a yoga practice of being mindful of their own body, through a gentle, fun & friendly challenging yoga sequence. They will learn and practice fun life long tools to help make their bodies' health and wellness a priority. This class is built to promote fun energy, happiness, inspiration, gentle body movement and mind & body wellness for young learners and tweens. There will be opening and closing opportunities to engage and ask questions, discuss thoughts and share with classmates. 

Note:  No experience is required. All learners and levels are welcome! All you need to bring to class is your mat, water bottle, positive mindset and an open heart to learning new things. I'm here to partner with your learner on their life long health journey of mind & body wellness. Let's learn and grow together!

Parental Guidance
You understand that yoga includes physical movement, and are responsible for the safety of your learner while attending the class. With any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present. By participating in this class, you and the learner acknowledge that your child is fit to do so, the learner is in clear communication with you regarding any previous injuries that may hinder their movement and/or progress in class, and has the proper available space to safely participate in this class. All yoga postures are suggested poses to the learner and can be modified, and/or skipped throughout the class. If they experience any pain or discomfort, they agree to listen to their body, and discontinue the activity. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may occur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
