COURSE DESCRIPTION
******************************************
In this class, students will explore what self-love is and how to embrace themselves fully. This engaging class teaches kids how to treat themselves with kindness, set healthy boundaries, and recognize their worth, separate from achievements or others' opinions.

The class begins with a creative icebreaker where students write kind notes to themselves, setting a positive tone for the session. They will then define self-acceptance and discover practical ways to develop it through various interactive exercises. Additionally, they will be guided to write about things they have accepted and are learning to accept about themselves. By the end of the class, each student will be empowered to stand up against disrespect or mistreatment, prioritizing their mental health and well-being.

This interactive and fun class will be conducted on Nearpod, and each student will receive a workbook to use throughout the course. This course promises to be a meaningful experience that supports children in building a positive self-image and strong sense of self-worth.
