I can't wait to share my love for dirt bikes with entry level riders and motorcycle lovers! In this lesson, I will use a powerpoint to show students the five major makers of dirt bikes, like Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki. I will take my computer outside and walk around my dirt bike and explain the important parts and how they function. I will start the bike up so they can hear it roar! Near the end of the lesson, I will read out loud from a book, start conversations, and finish with an art project.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about many different types of dirt bikes.
Students will learn about proper riding gear and maintenance.
Teacher will explain the difference between two and four stroke dirt bikes.
Students will learn drawing techniques.
Students will learn about different parts to a motorcycle.
