A Powerpoint will be used to guide the class. It will break down each type of paragraph by introducing the skills; model the use of the skills; and guide the formation of the specific type of paragraph introduced for that day. Teacher will model the process on the screen and students will be expected to mimic the process on their papers with their own topic. Sometimes, the student's work will also be displayed on the screen. Students will be expected and encouraged to share their work.
