Students will learn the basics of handling a gymnastics hoop, including tosses, rolls, and arm circles. Students will put these skills together and learn a routine to present at the end of class.
I have been coaching gymnastics for 3 years in my local community. I also teach children's dance classes and owned my own dance studio for two years (Dance With Jenny!).

It is highly recommended that parents supervise their children as they take this class and ensure that they adhere to the correct flooring requirement, spacing requirement, and clothing requirement. It is imperative that students wear closed-toed shoes or go barefoot- socks are easy to slip in, and sandals/flip flops are easy to kick off or trip over when trying to handle an apparatus.
