Class Experience

I have been coaching gymnastics for 3 years in my local community. I also teach children's dance classes and owned my own dance studio for two years (Dance With Jenny!).
*Rhythmic gymnastics ball- can be purchased on amazon.com or rhythmicgymnastics.com. Please contact the instructor if you have any questions. *Closed-toed shoes or go barefoot *Open space to practice in *Exercise/workout clothes *Water
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
It is highly recommended that parents supervise their children as they take this class and ensure that they adhere to the correct flooring requirement, spacing requirement, and clothing requirement. Gymnastics is a physical art form and injuries can occur if children are not focused and not practicing in the right setting or clothing. It is imperative that students wear closed-toed shoes or go barefoot- socks are easy to slip in, and sandals/flip flops are easy to kick off or trip over when trying to handle an apparatus.
