In this one time class, students will review addition with carrying to the hundreds. The teacher will demonstrate how to carry in addition with numbers to the hundreds place. Students will practice with the teacher as well as on their own. Students should know how to add numbers and carry up to the hundreds and need review. Students should know their numbers and values to the thousands well as basic addition facts. Students who know their numbers and values to the thousands as well as basic addition facts could do well in this class. Carrying with addition is a fundamental skill so let's have fun and practice carrying and addition!

Hello everyone! Welcome to Outschool!
My name is Ms. Julie and I'm excited to meet you! I teach Reading, Math, Writing, ESL (English As a Second Language), and other subjects too. I've been an educator and teaching for over 20 years in both brick-and-mortar and online. When I'm not teaching, I can often be found tutoring online or in person. My experience includes working with preschool to high school students with a lot of my experience with elementary and middle school age groups. I have an elementary education K-6 grade license as well as a math 5-8 license and a K-12 ESL (English As a Second Language) License. I have taught ESL (English as a Second Language) for many years also. My masters in reading has been a great resource as well.
Every student can learn and I believe we all learn in different ways. I love to have fun while learning! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time outside with my furry friend or time with family and friends.Reviews
