The goal for this club is for learners to learn how helpful breathing techniques, visualization, and gratitude journaling can make you feel lighter and brighter each day. Students will be guided through the implementation of basic practices; gratitude journaling, goal setting, self talk, and positive affirmations to help increase positive thinking patterns.
