This is a flexible schedule version of my Renaissance course. This course will offer no live class meetings. Instead, your student will have access to a class recording weekly to watch, as well as additional written and visual documents to augment the recording. Students will understand the causes and roots of the Renaissance. They will explore, read about, and discuss the artistic, scientific, philosophical, and economic changes that happened at this time and that impacted modern Europe.
I have a master's degree from the University of Cambridge and 17 years experience teaching history.
Homework Offered
Students will receive weekly individual writing assignments, as well as group discussion assignments. They will be expected to respond to other student's discussion posts on the message board.Assessments Offered
Assessments can be provided in any way desired to meet each family's needs.Grades Offered
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
