This class is a preview of Monster Mandarin - Mandarin for Beginners - Level 1. We're going to learn the following colors: red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple in Mandarin Chinese! We'll use colors to identify the colors of various things around the house like the fruit in your kitchen or the color of your clothes. Students will practice situational learning with each other by asking what color something is and responding with the color. The class will ensure a certain amount of immersion, as I will be speaking as much Mandarin as the students can handle. There will also be a fair amount of repetition to ensure a certain level of recall. NOTE: I am a Monster Mandarin teacher and have permission to use materials and lesson plans from Monster Mandarin.
