In this ongoing course, we will explore many of the challenges that teens currently face, help them to learn how to build on their existing strengths as well as learn new skills to help become more healthy and happy.

Class Experience
Students will be supported and guided to help them recognize their existing strengths and how to build on them, to not only feel confident, but also to recognize when they might need help and support.
I have been teaching a number of one-time classes in all of the subjects listed above. I have had a lot of interest and good feedback about them. I also have a long history of teaching life skills to children and adults. I have a Masters degree in Communications Studies and have led workshops, classes and meditation groups.

It would be helpful if students know about the overall content of the class before they start, although it is not required.
