Class experience
In this 30 minute class, we will wake up our bodies with some rebounding and get ready to greet the day! Rebounding (or jumping on a mini-trampoline) has been proven to improve balance and posture, help with spatial awareness, and much more! This activity is low-impact, which means it won't overly stress the body or joints. We will start off the session with a brief introduction followed by some safety tips. Through the movements provided with rebounding, students will awaken their bodies for the day, practice coordination, increase their spatial awareness and balance, and have fun!
-A mini-trampoline/rebounder -Water bottle
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents, please make sure your child has an adequate amount of space to move around in, that they have water to stay hydrated, and that they are in clothing that does not limit movement. Shoes and loose pants are not recommended, as both can be a tripping hazard.
