Class Experience
Through the movements provided with rebounding, students will awaken their bodies for the day, practice coordination, increase their spatial awareness and balance, and have fun!
I have over eight years of experience teaching low-impact fitness classes as well as four years of experience teaching movement to students with learning disabilities.
-A mini-trampoline/rebounder -Water bottle
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Parents, please make sure your child has an adequate amount of space to move around in, that they have water to stay hydrated, and that they are in clothing that does not limit movement. Shoes and loose pants are not recommended, as both can be a tripping hazard.
