In this real life math project, learners will complete tasks focusing on essential math skills. The project will help learners see how math is used in real life! We will focus on bar graphs, picture graphs, line plots, charts, and tables!

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn and apply, through real life scenarios, the following math skills: -bar graphs -picture graphs -line plots -charts -tables -graphing and data interpretation
Learners will complete their projects individually and post to the classroom for teacher feedback. Learners will complete two tasks of the project each week. All assignments will probably take between 45-90 minutes per week.
Learners will need: -pencil -printed PDFs provided by teacher -markers, crayons, or colored pencils
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Learners may need help reading the tasks.
