No dance or cheerleading experience is required. This one-time class is an introduction to the exciting world of pom dancing! Students are asked to have their own pom poms to learn the motions and dance steps with. I will go over basic cheerleading and drill team motions, and then we will put them together in a sharp, fun dance routine to music! It is very important to warm up before engaging in any physical activity, so I will first lead students in a warm up sequence that will allow to stretch their muscles and get their hearts pumping! After that, we will jump right in with our poms!

Parental Guidance
With dance, cheerleading, or any physical activity, there is always a risk of injury. It is highly recommended that parents/guardians monitor students while they take this class.
