In this 1 week class, your learner will review and explore everything they have learned in Kindergarten, including sight words from the Dolche list, math concepts, and ELA concepts to be prepared for First grade. We will focus everyday with worksheets and onscreen teaching, mixing up the time with 2 active brain breaks, to get them out of their chairs, and get their wiggles out. Students will be prepared for first grade in math, ELA, and reading.
Students will be expected to keep a reading log, and a summer writing journal. Parents can help, and it should take no more than 15 minutes for each activity.
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
