Courtney is a fantastic, licensed elementary literacy specialist who lives in Portland, Oregon. She has had over 15 years of experience teaching a variety of subjects to preschool and elementary students, including: ESL, reading, writing, and math. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from University of Portland, a Master's degree in Education from Lewis & Clark College, and teaching licenses in PreK-6th, ESOL, and reading. Courtney is especially passionate about math and English literacy, and has a special knack for making learning rigorous, but FUN!

**KIMBERLY KNAPP**
Kimberly is a fun, energetic Spanish teacher from Calgary, Canada who now calls Oaxaca, Mexico "home." She has over 10 years of experience teaching languages to students of all ages, from around the world. Kimberly holds a B.A. in French & Spanish, a minor in Linguistics, a B.A. in Pedagogy, and a TESOL certification. She is a very patient teacher who loves creating exciting activities that encourage student interaction, communication, and expression. Kimberly loves connecting with her students, learning about their cultures, and sharing her own rich cultural background.

**MARYNIA RIVERA**
Marynia is a dedicated educator with over fifteen years of teaching experience. Marynia has a strong background in teaching various subjects, including reading, language arts, math, science, and social studies, to students from 3rd to 6th grades in both Spanish and bilingual classroom settings.

Marynia holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from universities in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she is a certified bilingual teacher for PreK-6th grades in the state of Texas. Having spent ten years teaching in Puerto Rico and the past five years in Texas, Marynia brings a wealth of expertise and cultural diversity to her teaching practice.
