Description

Class Experience

I will be teaching the letters in the alphabet, letter association to words as well as phonetic sound of what each letter  makes. 
I will cover words starting with each letter of the alphabet and making sounds of the letters. 
This class is structured in an interactive way, I will be reading the story "Alphabet Rescue" by Audrey Wood & Bruce Wood. 
While reading the story I will engage the learner to ask questions about the letters and what is happening to the letters, which letters are ...

Students will learn words associated to each letter of the alphabet, review the letters in the alphabet as well as learn the sound of each letter in the alphabet.

No homework specifically, but they may use the hand out in the future to continue to practice writing over the letters with their finger to begin the concept of writing the letters.

  1 file available upon enrollment
Attached, please find hand out "ABC Tracing Book" that we will be referring to and using during the class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
