Welcome to Reading Princesses Summer Camp! Reading Princesses will be a fun and useful class for your beginning reader. Don't forget all you learned this school year! Come practice with us in a fun way. Come dressed as your favorite princess or superhero each day of the camp. During each class, we will learn about beginning reading with word families such as "at", "it", "og" and a different letter each day. We will also practice some simple math. During our lessons, we will see many princesses, superheroes, mermaids, unicorns, letters, beginning reading, phonics, and do a fun craft or worksheet together! This camp will be great for beginning or pre-readers as we will go over our letters and sounds and learn basic word families that will help us read! Together in this class, we will do activities and our practice sheet together while we look for princesses and superheroes to visit us on the screen. Mid-class, we will even do some superhero and princess exercises for a brain break. Lastly, we will end with a quick show and tell so please have your favorite toy nearby. Great extra practice for your child who is getting ready for Kindergarten or is already in K but just needs some extra support over the summer break.
