Class Experience

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
Welcome! Join in at any time. The lessons are all unique and do not build upon one another. Reading Princesses will be a fun and useful class for your beginning reader. Come dressed as your favorite princess or bring your favorite toy for show and tell at the end of class. During each class, we will learn about beginning reading with word families such as "at", "it", "og" and a different letter each week. We will also practice some simple sight words. During our lessons, we will see many princesses, superheroes, mermaids, unicorns, letters, beginning reading, phonics, and do a fun craft or worksheet together! This on going class will be great for beginning or pre-readers as we will go over our letters and sounds and learn basic word families that will help us read! Together in this class, we will do activities and our practice sheet together while we look for princesses and superheroes to visit us on the screen. Mid-class, we will even do some superhero and princess exercises for a brain break. Lastly, we will end with a quick show and tell so please have your favorite toy nearby.
Great extra practice for your child who is getting ready for Kindergarten or is already in K but just needs some extra support.
