Description

Class Experience

In this class, students will:
- Practice intermediate phonics using consonant blends and long vowel sounds 
- Learn sight words
- Utilize their skills to read a short phonics book with support from the teacher
- Discuss the story with the teacher and classmates

Students will develop their ability to decode words using phonics and recall words by sight. They will also develop their public speaking abilities by reading for the class, as well as their reading and listening comprehension skills.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
