Beginner Level
Are you looking for a specialized course to help your learner become a confident reader? My reading foundations course is designed for younger, lower level students who want to strengthen their reading skills in an interactive and engaging way. I know how difficult it can be to read and understand.

Why Choose Reading Foundations?

--> Customized Learning: Each lesson is tailored to meet your child’s individual needs. I incorporate the CALLA method alongside the 'I do,' 'we do,' 'you do' approach, ensuring your child is actively involved in their learning process.

--> Engaging Curriculum: Over 25-minute sessions, we cover phonics, vocabulary, and diverse reading materials. The curriculum is based on phonics, reading, listening, speaking, and writing, all using American English with a North American accent.

--> Interactive Activities: Each lesson includes songs, games, and reading selections from books and magazines. This approach makes learning fun while reinforcing essential skills!

--> Structured Learning: We explore various themes over four-week periods, sometimes alternating with chapter books to deepen comprehension and maintain interest.

--> Focused Support: I pay close attention to your child's pronunciation and understanding, helping them build confidence in using academic English in everyday life.

What Makes My Teaching Unique:

--> Caring and Attentive: I am dedicated to each learner’s success. My teaching is built around a deep understanding of their strengths and areas for growth, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

--> Progressive Skill Building: Each lesson builds on prior knowledge, ensuring a strong foundation in reading. I celebrate your child’s progress and adapt lessons to challenge them just right.
