Welcome to our engaging and interactive Online Reading Comprehension Class, designed specifically for 3rd and 4th-grade students! In this exciting course, young learners will embark on a journey filled with original, fun, and silly readings not found anywhere else. These stories are carefully crafted to match their reading level.

**What to Expect:**
 **Engaging Original Readings:** 
This class features a delightful collection of original writings that are not only entertaining but also tailored to the reading abilities of 3rd and 4th graders. These stories are bursting with imagination, humor, and adventure, making learning a joyous experience.

 **Interactive Reading Practice:** Students will take turns reading small paragraphs from the stories. This encourages active participation and helps improve reading fluency and comprehension.

**Comprehension Questions:** 
After each reading session, students will work together to answer comprehension questions. This fosters critical thinking and helps students develop strong reading comprehension skills.

**"What Do You Think?" Discussions:** In addition to comprehension questions, we'll explore open-ended "What Do You Think?" questions as a class. This encourages students to express their opinions, share creative ideas, and develop their analytical thinking.

Each week will follow a similar pattern:
- Student read the story together, by taking turns reading short paragraph.
- Pause in the middle of the story to discuss ideas of what will happen next. 
- Work together to answer comprehension questions
-Answer opinion based questions that allows student to tell the class what they think or what they would do in a situation?

Hello, I'm Greg Flanders and I am so excited to meet you! I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. I have been working with both children and teenagers for over fifteen years as a coach and educator. I have over 8 years of experience teaching dynamic classes in an online classroom. I use to hold credentials through the State of Ohio Department of Education (expired). I have a variety of interest and enjoy sharing those interests with my students. I love when students overcome their struggles to learn something new. It brings me joy to be a part of it.

Hello! I’m Micaiah and I have been studying martial arts for 11 years. I am a black belt in Taekwondo. I look forward to providing engaging martial arts classes. For the past 5 years I have been a content creator on YouTube. I produce fun and instructional gaming videos  on my brand Faded Gaming. I am excited to bring my gaming experience to Outschool by providing interacting gaming social clubs.
