Welcome! Join in at any time. The lessons are all unique and do not build upon one another. Reading Dinosaurs will be a fun and useful class for your beginning reader. Come dressed as your favorite dinosaur or bring your favorite toy for show and tell at the end of class. During each class, we will learn about beginning reading with word families such as "at", "it", "og" and a different letter each week. We will also practice 2 sight words each week. During our lessons, we will see many dinosaurs, letters, beginning reading word families, phonics, and do a fun craft or worksheet together! This on going class will be great for beginning or pre-readers as we will go over our letters and sounds and learn basic word families that will help us read! Together in this class, we will do activities and our practice sheet together while we look for the dinosaurs to visit us on the screen. Mid-class, we will even do some exercises for a brain break. Lastly, we will end with a quick show and tell so please have your favorite toy nearby.
