Class Experience
In this 3-day camp, the students will listen to the ninth book in Shannon and Dean Hale's The Princess in Black series titled "The Princess in Black and the Mermaid Princess". This is a cute fictional story about a perfect princess who is also a secret superhero. The Princess in Black and her friends the Princess in Blankets and the Goat Avenger are enjoying a day of sun and sea when a mermaid princess springs from the waves. And she needs their help! Will an underwater battle prove too tough...
Each time we meet I will be reading excerpts from the book The Princess in Black and the Mermaid Princess by Shannon and Dean Hale. Learners are NOT required to have a copy of the book, but are absolutely welcome to read along with their own copy, if you'd like! This book can be found at the library or through major retailers.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
