Teacher expertise and credentials
I teach all kinds of classes in the core subjects for grades K-5. All the core subjects are passions of mine but I also enjoy teaching art. I graduated from BYU-Idaho in July 2019 with a bachelors in Elementary Education with an emphasis in math. My degree allows me to teach all subjects K-6th and junior high school math grades 6th-9th (some places in Idaho have 9th grade in the Junior High). I have been substitute teaching for the past year.
My teaching philosophy is that all children can learn and improve with the right help and guidance. I enjoy challenging my students and helping them reach their goals.
My father was in the military so I went to many schools across the US and even in England. I moved a total of 17 times in my life and lived in 10 different states and one country outside the United States!
