This 1 on 1 tutoring class, tailored for students ages 8-16, is designed to enhance reading skills, comprehension skills and vocabulary development through the captivating world of literature. Students will delve into various aspects of reading comprehension, vocabulary expansion, critical thinking, and literary analysis. The class aims to cultivate strong reading habits, promote active engagement with texts, and encourage creative expression through discussion. This class is structured into interactive sessions that blend instruction, discussion, and hands-on activities. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of reading, with opportunities for students to apply what they've learned through guided practice and activities. I believe in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, empowered, and motivated to participate. I strive to make learning enjoyable and relevant by connecting concepts to students' interests and experiences.
