In this class, students will complete various reading questions that will determine the child's mastery level in skills including high frequency words, word recognition, phonics, spelling, vocabulary, and comprehension, and their specific sub-topics! The results of these assessment sessions will show where students should be performing in reading skills based on age and...

Determine which reading topics are needed for instruction.

I am offering this class to provide parents and students the information they need to determine which reading skills need improvement and which skills are at or above grade level (right on track). I conduct this assessment with my tutoring students and it gives me the specifics I need to plan lessons that will build reading skills in each child's own areas of need.
