Each lesson will be individually constructed to fit learner need.  
Phonics, spelling, vocabulary and writing skills will be increased.
Soft skills such as active listening and generalization will improve as well.

I am a K-12 certified special education teacher.  I understand the effort that students put toward learning goals, and I applaud all incremental growth.  I am accustomed to developing engaging, individualized lessons that fill gaps in student learning for a successful outcome. 
I also hold a TEFL certificate which qualifies me to teach students whose primary language is not English.

Details: Writing homework will be assigned at the end of each class so that valuable learning time is not occupied in the mechanics of writing.
The homework will always be optional; however, more growth and quicker gains will be evident when students write outside of class time.

Neuro-typical and neuro-diverse learners are welcomed and appreciated for their own unique talents and skills.
Since these tutoring classes are individualized for each learner, I design classes based upon each student's needs.
