In this one-time class students will blend letters to read and write digraph words and simple sentences, using sh, ch, th.
Class experience
For this one -time class students will need to be familiar with all the letters of the alphabet and their sounds. We will practice some of these letters in a fun and engaging way before looking at the digraphs. We will use pictures and objects to help write words and guess the word. All students will also read, listen and write sentences to practice using the words. If time allows we will end the class with scavenger hunt.
