In this ongoing class students will learn to identify letters and produce their sounds while having fun! At the end of our lesson you child is welcome to show off their pet or something that they are passionate about.

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
In this class, your child will be taught their letter and sounds using the Orton Gillingham multi-sensory approach to learning. Students will learn how to listen for the sound, read it within a word, write it down, and find it within a text. This class is a good fit for students who have minimal letter name and sound background knowledge. The Orton-Gillingham Approach is a proven reading strategy designed to help students with dyslexia or other learning differences be successful readers....

Students will be informally assessed during each lesson. If I see that this class is to easy or hard for the student I will reach out to the parent and provide next step recommendations.Grades Offered
In every class students will be given a tailored printable worksheet that connects with the skill that is taught. This worksheet will be posted in the classroom 24 hours before the class starts.
