Class Experience
US Grade 5 - 8
This class is designed for your child to succeed in learning. Each class is planned by the teacher based on your child's interests and goals in reading and writing. Topics will focus on strengthening your child's connection to literature and imagination. Each class will focus on a book and writing response with a creative draw. The teacher's approach will guide your child to develop writing skills by using individual imagination and ideas. The teacher corresponds with the parent regularly providing insight with the student's lessons and learning outside of class time. Book and Writing Topics Include: Week 1: "If I Built a House" Week 2: "Keith the Cat and the Magic Hat" Week 3: "The Day Jimmy's Boa Constrictor Ate the Wash" Week 4: "Harold and the Purple Crayon" *ESA funds, PEP funds, Grants, and ClassWallet can be applied towards this class *Please message the teacher for additional times and days. She works to accommodate families based on their schedules.
