This class is all about fractions! The basics will be covered. We will learn halves, thirds, fourths, etc. We will learn about unit fractions and how to identify them. In this class, your learner will be able to... -Understand fractions must have equal parts -Interpret and identify unit fractions -Interpret and identify fractions using circles, squares and rectangles -Draw models given a fraction -Write fraction given a model The 35 minute class will have plenty of practice and they will leave having a basic understanding of fractions. This class is recommended for 2nd and 3rd grade aged students.
